This discussion look like fight between dealers or/and owners of particular sectors. D12 dealer has to sell his plot and so on. Yar, it is game of money. If you have 1 cror spend it on D12 and if you have 30 lac, spend it in B17. Put more sugar for more sweetness. I agree, don't compare horse with a donkey because horse cost 2 lac and a donkey cost 10,000 Rps. In village, people use donkies because if is good for them.
If you are not building your home now, D 12 is touching it peak so go for Other sectors like D,E & F. 16, 17 etc. This is not the time for investment in D12. If you are planning to make a house, go for D12

I agree with Aftab Saheb that horses may not be compared with donkeys. however, i would respectfully differ with him that D-12 is touching peak. D-12 has still long way to go for touching peak. Due to its envious location the price in D-12 will be higher than all nearby regular CDA Sectors including F-10 and F-11. |
