I have a residential plot of ten marlas in the G
Block of AWT Housing scheme,Sangjani,Islamabad. I wish to sell it but do not know or understand at which price I may sell it.This situation developed as I was offered a sum of rupees sixteen lacs for this plot in 2003 and now the concerned dealers or
the other persons knowing the properties values say that the prices of such plots in this housing scheme has decreased considerably but why-no body
is willing to tell the truth.Some are saying that this plot or such plots are being sold at the
rate of only Rs.four or five lacs and it is impossible that this plot will bringe such a big amount of rupees sixteen lacs now for me.What I may do ?Should I sell it at Rs.four or five lacs at this time?Kindly tell me the facts if you know, regarding such considerable decreases in the price of plots of this housing scheme which has since been fully developed by the Army Welfare Trust.
