Now to the second point , I do agree that Phase 4 and some sections of Phase 2 (near to Zoo and the Ghora Chowk) have smell from Nala but only 3 to 4 months a year normally during barsat. Phase3 and Phase4 is mostly landfill, but so far I have no seen or heard anything bad about the landfill, Remember being in Landfill is not bad at all if its condensed properly. There are various homes of people I PERSONALLY know in Phase3- Phase4 and they are having no issues in construction or during living. Long story short , if you can get something in Phase 5 and Phase6 they are the best.
