I read in discussion # 61065 that DHA is going to increase development charges amount for DHA 8 project. Is this news correct? Will it effect all sectors of DHA8? Please reply.

Dear Khan Sahib,
The dha cleared some lands from pockets in dha phase 8 and issued fresh plots against that land which are available in the market for sale.we also heard that dha has increased the amount of development charges of such plots upto 15 Lacs but the actual amount will be confirmed in next week.This increase is applicable only for fresh plots which are few in numbers and doesn't effect the DHA Phase 8 overall.

Ca you please mention which pockets cleared by DHA in phase-8, Its in X block or anywhere else?

Mostly in T Block and then U and V block.these are not big pockets, only scattered chips. no development in X block yet because of huge pockets and will take time for clearance.The T block Village will also stay also there |
