I heard DHA is soon to annonce Commercial property to be offered on installments, can someone brief me on it.

Dear it is better not to buy from DHA. I am suffering, paid the value of plot and also a shop in installments long back but no result. Their management is also corrupt. I thought that i am paying the cash to reliable militry managed institution but _____. |
