Plot in Islamabad,

I have 2.5 million. I am looking for a plot in Islamabad CDA sectors (no to DHA and Bahria).

Can anyone suggest me where to look at ?

hmmm... with a little over 2.5 your can try for 1 kanal plot or demolishable house in f-10,f-11, or i-8 in islamabad .... i think if you budget is 2.5m you have will have wait and look hard for 1 kanal ... coz they usually start from 2.8 m

2.5 million is 25 lakhs. I can certainly not buy even a 1 marla plot in F10 and F11.

Go for I-16, you can buy 2 plots in 2.5 there.

You can get a 25x40 plot in G-13 for around 4 million. You can get a 10 marla plot in Bahria Town Ph-8. Another option is B-17, you can go for a 10 mrla one.

In G-16/4 you can buy a fully developed, ready for construction plot of 200 (30 X 60) sq yards.

Depending on location you may need to add a bit more.

This is the best option.

yes as mr ZA said g-16 is also a good option for investment .but only go for plot which is under possession of society.
construction is also started some 3-4 houses are under construction
