I wonder why CDA isn't initiating F-13 and E-13- both areas have minimal encroachments and can be acquired and taken possession of easily now than later.

at first they should give priority to pending sectors like d-12 e-12 i 11 14 15 n 16 . there is no point of developing more sectors when there are already many pending sectors |
