What is the current price of plot DHA Phase 7, plot Numbers: Y-3098, Y-3069?
Would price of above includes development charges?
Has development started in same part of Y-block with above Plot Number/sequence? If not, any idea when development starts in this part of Y-Block and possession year/month?

WA, Y 3069 or 3098 has market value of 50 lacs all dues clear.The machinery is there in extension of phase 7 as well along with old balloted area.The possession will be in 2014(Expected).
