My name is Majid Khan Advocate and intends to know that I have a plot of 25x40 i.e. 404 in I-11/2, am I hold it or sell it right now please tell me future status of I-11/2. Secondly there is a plot on main double road and main bulaverd road, it is cornor size 25x40 i.e. 359 I want to purchase it but seller is demanding 25 lac whereas I offered him 22 lac, should i purchased it in 25 lac or otherwise, please informe me, thanks

yaar i 11 ka posession 10 saal tak nahe milne wala because
CDA dont have the priority to vacate that.
CDA wants to develop G 14 and then I 15 and I 16. and I 14. and then E 12 |

There is no option with CDA but to launch these new sector But a corrupt and a government with looting objective can not do this. I believe in stead of F-13 and E-13 they will go for C-13,14 and D-13,14 but prior to that CDA has to do E-12.

Possession of almost all 25*40 plots is available in I-11/2. u can construct house on these plots right now. Current development contract is for roads and drainage only. For culverts water supply and Sewerage tender yet to be float.
Few layout plans of houses I-11/2 are approved by CDA and people are planning to construct house after water boaring. Future of sector is good. Double road option is good try to bargain. |

I have Plot in I-11/2 30x60 1229 on the back side of timber?my plot is not in NAB and its clear. but i dont know that like 25x40 can i make house in this area or not?
Is possession in this area avaialbe from CDA or not yet? whats the future of this area?as per map its away from I-11 main markets? but i dont know how this area is better than 25x40 or 25x60 plots?
