I have heard from reliable sources to purchase phase ix file for handsome gains in one year investment plan. The return could be 30 percent of investment as it has to be balloted. I wish y
u to comment it would be advisable to buy now and sell it near 35 or 40 just prior to ballot or should retain till ballot

Dear Brother, If you have faith buy DHA-9 and for sure it will pay back. All sector oF DHA were a file at one stage and today a reality and their price is sky rocketing. DHA-9 will be gate way of Defense Housing Authority getting in from FeroozPur side ring road.
Lahore Real Estate Managment has repeatedly suggested DHA-9 as best buy since long time. If you have funds buy as soon as you can because it is getting volatility every day. |

Yes, I think currently phase 9 is a very good investment and for sure you will see a price increase crossing 3 million (30 lacs)because other phases have gone up to the age of maturity. |

Right now, there is no substitute of phase 9 file.In DHA phase 6 and 7 files are available but it is highly unlikely that plot will be balloted at reasonable place.There is also uncertainty of Z Block location as could be on either side of the Barki road
The rates of 5 & 10 Marla balloted plots in phase 9 are very healthy and competitive.Still DHA 9 is good safe buy or hold for short or long term due to its far superior location than DHA 7 and comparable prices of other DHA phases.The choice is yours.
