Please i need your guidance for the following:
1-what are the transfer charges paid by the Buyer in purchasing a one kanal plot in XX/Phase-3.
2- Secondly, what CVT or any tax has to be paid by the sellar.

The buyer has to pay All transfer charges including Transfer Fee, Membership Fee, CVT and Stamp Duty.
All outstanding dues of plot will be paid by the seller end including advance income tax on the sale of plot.
