Dear LRE team,
Will any one tell me whats the difference between DHA phase 9 alocation files, plots, 9 town and shuda town. Why there is difference in price of plots and alocation files.

Dear Mr.Danish,
The difference between plot and file is as follows.
>A file means a plot number is not allotted yet and development charges are not included in price of file.The ballot is still due.
>A plot have a location on map and development charges are included in price of plot. A plot could still be undeveloped or developed.
DHA Lahore Phase 9 block A B C D are also called DHA Town Lahore or Shudha Town. These plots are allotted to families of Shudha of different Pakistan military operations.

So does that mean if we buy a plot, we are ready for construction?
Or is it that only developed plots are ready for construction? |

can any one please inform what is the current price of 5 marla allocation file in dha town (25 % development charges waived off )
