I think you have finalized the deal looking at the the good points of Askari-10. Just to help you in making an informed decision, consider Quality of construction, frequent theft cases and landing/take off noise. If you already know all of these then I wish you a happy landing at ASKARI-10. |

all the procedure is same but a unusual steps 1. is to get security clearance by GHQ, 2. NOC for seller by GHQ and I am Not sure but I think later transfer is also in GHQ it will take good 2 months time. Transfer Charges for a civilian is 6 Lac for 10.5 Merla, I think there is no stamp duty but I am not sure in this 6 Lac CVT is also included. |

You may take the services of any reasonable property dealer, since the transfer process is transparent enough to avoid any fraud. Make sure the seller has NOC issued from GHQ. |
