Hi, dear fellas and experts can you please guide me in making a rational decision as to where should i buy a plot for living in 3-4 years time frame.
My budget at the moment is 5 million, however i can stretch it to 7 million in 3-4 months.
Please suggest me which one is the best option in DHA or Bahria town (suspicious about its future coz of malik riaz and location)
I would prefer an option which is capable of offering quality living and amenities of life (schools, hospitals, shopping centres, etc)
Your sincere advice is highly appreciated.

Phase 8
Phase 6
Phase 5 Ext
And can you get plot on installments in phase 8
What is the expected data of development work completion in phase 8
And is it surrounded by villages? |

Only in phase6 . Phase 8 and 5ext. will take minimum 5-8 years for the posession. Bahria town is still a safe investment. |
