@ DHA Lover,
There is on ground village named Lehna Sing in the middle of F and E block and also facing K block.Due to facing village or near to villge rates are low but as we move away from the village the rates are going normal.

Dont worry, when the village will be gone, the plot prices will get jump, so investment potential is hight.
