Dear Saeed Bhai,
Kindly confirm if this plot is on installment or allotted from allocation file ? If from installment will there be extra 10% charges of being corner and is that included in sale price ? and if from allocation how sure you are that there will be NO 10% extra payment.

In both cases either plot on installment or from allocation file the the 10% charges of being corner will always be included in the sale price and before the transfer seller has to clear all outstanding dues against his plot and we can make sure from DHA either 10 % is paid or not at time of transfer.If 10% charges of being corner not paid then this amount will be deducted from total sale price.
