I am looking to buy a 1K plot in L block DHA 8, can anyone tells me where possible it could be in the range of?

Block-L is in Air Avenue and DHA has yet with-held the transfer of plots. It is suggested to to go for Parkview for ready to construct plots of good location with the range of 8-10M

I appreciate your comments, the reason being i am looking for a particular block my brother hold Block L DHA 8 so i am also willing to buy and construct a house down the road in next five years, and i consider this is still under value, once things are in place this will surely appreciate in terms of value.
