Phase 9 file and a 10-marla plot in U or T block phase 7 are available at 2.8 million.
I want to invest this much amount for a period of 5 years. Which of the two options is better go for ? One could be on ground plot after two years but other is still a file. I shall appreciate if ou advise please

Go For Plot Ypu will have More return in 5 Ys, But Look for better Location Plot. Due To short Supply of 10 merla Plots their Price increase fast, |
