Phase 5 Extention , DHA Lahore,

I have a plot in Phase 5 extention DHA Lahore.

I wanted to ask for your advise if this is good investment to hold for another 3-5 years or is this the time to sell the plot.

I will really appreciate sone advise.

@ Zubair, this is the best investment if you hold it for another 3-5 years due to its location.

i do not think it will reach to dha5 or dha6 becoz of poor town planing of M block

@ Ayyaz, you are right that its town planning is very poor. But M block will have high return for those who bought file at right time like me, I spent on Rs 25 lakh in total.
