DHA Phase-6 Plot,

CMY/LRE/Anyone,

I want to buy a 1K plot in DHA Lahore (any phase) where I can build a house immediately. I have 5M PKR cash and can not go above that. Please advise.

I doubt, this budget is not enough to buy 1k plot ready for construction in phase of DHA. You have to go for 10marla or to increase your budget by 1.5 million more. Experts may give their valueable opinion.

Thanks,I am now told that in DHA Phase-7, I might be able to get a plot in 5M which should be ready for construction by December max- I think, I can wait for three months then. Please help

DHA Lahore Phase 8 Residential Plots Available (Development Started)... 1K = 55 To 95

I should be able to get one in Phase-8 in 5M. CMY to advise.

It is good to go for a better place instead of bigger place at compromised location. Mr. Jameel has wisely advised to go for 10 marla in phase-8 c-ext.

Thanks Javed and all but I want and need 1K in 5Million in DHA that should be ready to built. Will explore and I'm sure that I'll get it if I look really hard. I'm willing to pay cash immediately if I find one. I only have next week or so since I also need to finalize design and build part as well by Eid.

In phase 8 you can get in 52 to 55 lacs on ring road like in Y block of X block line next falling on ring road.

Thanks JJJ but location of X and Y in Phase-8 DHA is not acceptable. Anyone willing to sell their 1K plot in Phase-6 (any block) and Phase-8 (W,T,U,V) with a reasonable location today in 5 Million PKR with ready cash- please shout out.

you can consider state life phase 1 good location plot in vicinity of DHA Phase 5. thats suits your budget otherwise if you want to remain in DHA, Go For Phase 7 and wait till 2014 for possession.

If Shafqat has a preference and want to buy something in his budget why people like JJJ has any problem with that.
