U R 100%correct.It is not only DHA Valley,Why have u forgotten Phase 1 ext launched again by DHA islamabad in 2004 for 3 Million plus dev charges.So far they have not delivered a single plot to any file holder.Where have the taken the money??Allah can/will ask them.Chief Justice say umeed naa rakheen meary bhai.Apnay beta kaa agar nahi pata to phir??????????

so what can a common person do ? yes they are already delayed in their final possesion date, moreover no final date of update given by them , SC and media already had the updates of this scam , so where is the authority of law?

Dear, No rule/ authority of law for ordinary peoples in the country. JIS KI LATHI US KI BHAINS. If a hungry peroson is stealing one Rupee for brad, Jail for him and if a politician, general, judge or any other lord the destroying the country or is killing the inocents, greetings for him from all the corners.
Allah will ask the culprits.

Even if DHA and Bahria decide to save their face and get DHA Valley going it will take another 5 years for the possession and all. This is likely since they've already used these billions for 5 years w/o any interest. However, my view is that they'll gradually develop these sectors in the next 5-10 years (Oversees first (in 5 years)to reduce pressure from abroad since any further bad word will reduce the business in other ventures run by DHA and BT).

i'd suggest to just forget about this investment and focus on other things in your lives- Hopefully your kids will benefit from it.

Do keep raising your voice through media every now and then.

relax picture will definitely change on the possession of dha homes ,possession will be within 1.5 year or so.600 homes are already constructed. once developed it will be the best society and worth to live .just hold on

adeel offer ur plot in market and u will get the answer, every body cannot be just relax, people have to make permanent places 4 them , what is the use of investing if we have to wait for another 10 years.and how could be this one turned into a good society, ??????????
