U r generally first one to break the all important news of balloting etc.This time around,no one from ur office is picking up this subject?
Let me inform all visitors of this site that soon DHA 9 will be balloted becas eligible army officers have been given official advance intimation letters.

I agree. Ut ballot is within ne t 6 months the fattest. The file will go upto near 40 and then balloted |

if DHA-8 was launched at 55 lacs 3 years earlier Why DHA-9 will be less then that I believe it will be 60 lac minimum 45+15 and the balloting of DHA-9 is well under consideration and it will not be later then March 2013. |

Hello all,
I live abroad and have no insight into the details that all of you have.
I need some suggestions and help from you. I am looking to invest into a file/plot and have been given 2 options
1) Phase 9 file for 28.5 (no information about the balloting)
2) Phase 8 Z block file at 39
I was told that balloting or phase 8 z block will for sure happen in February/March, 2012 and the price will go high, much sooner than phase 9 and rate of return will be much better with phase 8 z block file than for phase 9.
Please advise. |

@ adeel, my humble advise is not to invest in files. buy a plot of any size in any phase depending on your budget |

Dear Ehtesham Every plot was a file one day. I don't know why some of the friends are allergic from files. It is like buying seed instead of plant and trust me a quality seed can produce equally good plant and it is way cheaper. |

What is the link of stated letters with DHA 9 ballot? Is there any fix period to do ballot after issuance of such letters to army officers? Please advise. |
