any one can update about GRAND AVENUE housing scheme feroze pur road opposite central park lahore ( it is available in 36 months instalmenta)that
1. is it safe, secure and regd scheme?
2. investment is profitable and advisable?

i just know that it is in illegal list of lda but you must confirmed it from lda office onece you take this decision.Bceause i think when illegal housing schemes will pay some amount to lda then they will approved it. |

HI, Grand Avenue is one of the LDA public notices list. It's not approved by LDA and they have warned that if you make any purchase, it will be you own responsibility so better to check first. LDA advertised public notices many times and I had seen Grand Avenue in the list as well. |
