Well people are saying that it will take atleast another year or 2 for this sector to develop as its next to DHA Homes hence 2013 is the year for DHA Homes delivery. I may try to get a plot in DHA phase 2 much developed area by adding more money Or i may try to look for a plot in DHA Lahore new phases on installment basis etc...
I will appreciate if you can share your suggestion and offer if intrested.

I am looking for a plot in DHA valley , a friend of mine is interested to invest some amount for next 5 years, wts ur demand. ? coz the area is away from main road and definitly its a good project but it requires time, and yes offcourse there are alot other schemes in which one can invest for better results if one have more money, so wts ur demand for that plot ?

i personally visited the area , its worth is about 2 lac (0.2 mil)Pakistani ruppess per kanal, believe me , just go and visit by ur self. i strongly recommened to invest in some good scheme.

plots of DHA valley are avaialable at MINUS (-) 2/3 lac , so i am unable to draw the positive conclusion from all the discussion, its location/topography/ accessibility/ every thing is far away and even they offer the possession about 8-10 years would be required for this project to be successful. Alot many Plots have decrease the chance of rise in price, every 2nd person of Dha valley is interested to sale his plot but the problem is this that they not getting the buyer even at minus . if i am wrong u just do a favor to me , drop ur plot in the open market and very next moment u will realize the situation , no need of long debates, offer ur plots in market for sale and u will get the answer.

Dear Haider,
Seems like some one touched your pain point.This form is for serious discussion and you telling us that its 2 lac per kanal;now i dont know what to say either you are kidding or you dont know anything.
1) Ther are no kanal plots there
2) No one gave any demand hence saying that its not worth it is not the point
3) I dont think you can get 8Marla plot in any DHA by paying approx. 8lac even if its going to be a long term investment.
4) 90% people on this forum think that Lily is the best of all in DHA Valley and in long term its going to be a useful investment.
5) Every one nows that investing in property means atleast 2 years of waiting time to get any profit and schemes like DHA VALLEY please start this period of 2 years after 4 years(as 4 years was given time) and many say that DHA VALLEY never gave any time limit ever.
6) Every one knows that schemes with such cheap plots take time to complete and in case its backed by DHA it will be better from thoes fraud small scale schemes.NON of the scheme launched ever was completed in the given time....when was DHAI 1 launched and still its under development,when was DHA 2 Launched and you know the status...hence saying DHA VAlley has completed 4 years and its not developed so lets start filing cases in Supreme court is a lousy idea...just see what you payed i.e approx 1Million for 8 Marla in DHAI common you can not expect the result equal to miracle.

Now in case you have some issue with the plot no one asked you to buy or invest in DHA Valley...and please stop copying and pasting again and again

thanks for ur concern and advise, yes it really hurts u as u have a plot in lily block , come on man had u ever visited that area, i know that there is no kanal plots there , i just gave an average value for beginners like u , simply putting the label of DHA would not yield the desired results , my humble request to u , that u plzzzzzzzz visit the area and then come with solid solution , only making a lavious model house and presenting to the customers is not enough.

Hi Friends,

my family visited site 02 days ago & they said, Sunflower Block development is almost completed ( can say up to 80%) & other blocks work is going well aslo.

DHA Homes work is going at fast pas & many homes are even ready...

DHA informed that they will start giving possession from 2013 onwards.

Dear Shah,
I dont want to compare but reading Haider and you cause big confusion.He's suggesting us to visit the site and now that your family have visited i dont know what to belive.
I find it very strange haveing read different and opposite comments.Many other regular users i.e. Rocky are also in favour of some blocks in DHA Valley & some are saying that 4 sectors are lucky and they advising ppl not to sell plots if they have plots in western sectors.You are saying that the development has been seen by your family which obviously must be true in case they saw the whole or even 50% sectors.But i cant understand how come some members are making others scared and talking about 10 years or more for development etc.... in case if its true that besides some 4-5 sectors all other are cancelled then why DHAI is even spending on there development as you are claiming?

@nadeem I found out this fact later on since earlier DHAI marketed DHA Valley's location to be adjacent to Commoner's Town on Main G.T Road. Fact is that DHA Valley's proposed land was almost in Kahuta.

@Faisal, If there is any real development, I'm sure Mr. Shah can share pics and also mark the exact location on Google earth. Fact is that development is going on as I confirmed with a DHA senior official (who is a friend) a week earlier but at snail's pace. Please keep in mind the possession of the first plot not earlier than 2016 even if they divide it in phases and complete the access road. All I'm saying is that don't set high and false hopes, be realistic and keep pushing DHAI for early completion.
