Model town Sargodha scheme was started by Sargodha Improvement Trust in 1992.No development since that. Now they are asking to pay Rs.25000/Marla as development charges. Any. future of this scheme?

Who will guarantee that after paying this amount,the development will be started and Five /six years before development charges was also given but corruption is all around there. I think no transparency and these development charges will be enjoyed by the local management |
