Why I think B-17 is a alternative to D-12
1- B-17 has outstanding development.
2- It's is gated community and graded by 24/7.
3- Distance to Janah Supper Market After completion of Margala Ave will be approximately 20 minutes.
4- On one side B-17 will get access to the Motor Way.
5- Close to the New Islamabad Airport which will open for the International and domestic flights end of 2013.
6- Prices of D-12, E11/12 will decrease after completion of Margala Ave and prices will increase in B-17, Cabinet Division, D-17, etc.
7- Lakes and local Dam to control water problem.
8- D-12 is very close to New GHQ place that will be traffic and security risk for surrounding residents.
9- General sense why one should spend 2 carores when better life opportunities are available just 10 minutes away for lot less in Zone 2 area of Islamabad. Same Margala Hills view and located under CDA territory. If any sector falls under CDA territory than even private societies have to follow the same rules and regulations as in CDA proper sectors, such as parks, schools and green belt area, etc. Proper sector mean those sector which are developed and sold by CDA. javid replied on Wednesday, September 26, 2012 09:51 PM
@ Guest007 Your above stated nonsense comments remind me a joke in witch a MARASIN ask her husband go and find a good looking 28 year old boy for their daughter. In reply MARASEE said if I could not find 28 year old boy will 2 x 14 years old boys will do the job. So is your case, recommending B-17 as alternative to D-12 sector. |

How come prices fall when a new road is developed in that area :s normally the common sense is that prices increase when a new access road is build in the area. B17 must be at least 24Km away from Jinnah Super (f7 markaz)... as CDA sectors are is 2*2 km and if we calculate the distance between F7 and F17 and add it up with the distance between B17 and F17 sectors then its simple 24Km. Or it might be few km less if access road is made diagonal. |

D-12 is 10 times better than B-17 rather there is no comparison- Please compare B-17 only with D-17 and not even C series sectors which are yet to be developed. The Margalla hills beside B-17 are basically being blown up every day by stone crushers for the past 20-40 years and will be gone in next 10 years or so. B-17 does have good roads and development but that is true for Bahria Town and DHA as well. I have no doubt that B-17 price will increase as is the case with any property. D-12 prices are going to be doubled in the next 2-3 years and do note that there is a plan to build Army Generals Society in D-11 which will further add value. Thanks, |

WHY I THINK WOODEN LEGS ARE BETTER THAN NATURAL LEGS: 1. You can walk in the streets without fear of dogs biting you. 2. If you need emergency money you can sell the legs. 3. You will never get pain in your knees. 4. If someone bothers you, you can take them off and beat him with the legs. |

Ghq plan has been shelved. But dnt be so miser as capitals host the headquarters of all forces the world over. Nothing wrong with this. Secondly b17 hosts lower middle class and standard of houses there are proof of the social starta. Again no harm but it can neverbe Islamabad but can be islamgArh. |

All sectors of Islamabad including new sectors developed by private societies offer provisions to accommodate all economic strata. Take example of most Islamabad sectors and you will see it there. See for example D-12, you will find plot sizes from 5 marlas to 22 marlas. Same is offered in new sectors. |

Dear Fellows, G14/2&3, development is going to be started within few days, as of today NCL is moving construction machinery to G14/3, on aquired property. This news is being confirmed by housing foundation directorate. What do u think prices in G14/2,3 will rise in near future? |
Ahmed replied on Thursday, September 27, 2012 06:27 PM
@Tarar, Of course prices will rise drastically in G-14/2-3 (@ approx 10% every quarter for the next year) in particular and G-14/1 and G-13 in general (@ approx 7% every quarter for the next year) since G-13/1-2 will now be surrounded by developed sectors. I guess that these two sub sectors of G-14 should be handed over for possession by mid 2014. Thanks, |
