lot of sale purchase of awami villas rwp going on sector 3-4 specially sector 4 as it is very near to GT road profit on ground and first floor 4 to 5 lakhs . still not on ground price will definitely rise to 15 to 16 with begining of construction its up to you if you want profit taking you can sell it, but better to hold it |
