I have 2 plots in overseas sector bogen villa and sunflower and I also want to sell but not now, I am planing to sell then at the end of 2013 or 2014 begining as that would be the right time to sell these plots near or after possession |

hi i had checked the market value of commercial plots from DHA , 4 marla is around 14/15 lac and 8 marla is around 25/27 lac . so its from DHA side , u can check and analysis the exact situation of market , stop dreaming and be realistic. |
