CDA Sector E12, development is set to announce after Jan 21, 2012.
As per CDA supreem court of pakistan has passed decesion and has asked CDA to take forcefully posession of Land in E12 and start development withour any further delay. an illegal stay order been taken from Islamabad High Court wich will be hear and lifted on Jan 21, 2012 and CDA has to start taking possession of the land, may rangers or police will enforce the law.
CDA has already allocated a small amount Rs, 25 million in the financial budget of 2012 & 2013 to start development in E12. please check on the official website of CDA and pass comment, regards

I beleive the date is Jan 21, 2013 for stay order at High Court of Islamabad. I agree with you, E12 is expected to be announced, I checked in financial budget of CDA for 2012 & 2013 they have allocated Rs, 25 million for E12 to start development. But, as per chairman they are arranging more funds for the E12 development.

I am reading this type of news for last 15 years and there was a time when E-12 was supposed to be developed before D-12.
I will believe when I will see the work going on ...
I pray for an early feeling of responsibility on the part of CDA. |

Thousands of D-12 plot owners’ rights to own their paid land is violated by CDA and so called Pakistan’s justice system failed to protect citizens’ rights. CDA should be penalized for irrational development delay of many years. Whats the point of courts judgement if orders are not implemented? |

Waseem- D-12 is already developed and there are houses being built. I did few thorough visits during this month and have just bought a 25X50 plot in D-12/1. I'm now preparing prerequisites for construction and aim to start by March 2013 Inshallah. |

E-12 plot owners association filed a Constitutional petition in Supreme Court i was the main petitioner. In March 2012 we were asked by the court to go on proper forum i.e IHC because our case is not related to Violation of Human Rights and this is matter of individuals.(Good joke)
Cases in this regards are already pending in Supreme Court HR Cell, Islamabad High Court.
Wafaqi Mohtasib ordered CDA in 2011 to start dev work in one year but no progress.
MNAs and senators from Islamabad has not played their role.
We deserve this because majority of owners are not willing to spent time and money. Margalla Towers Flats owners hired talented Sharif Pirzada Advocate and CDA paid 1.75 billion to influential owners.
CDA was planning to develop E-12 through joint venture S Court ordered JV is illegal. CDA was not in position to vacate and develop E-11 Northern strip.It was only developed due to JV.
Poor Judicial System is main hurdle in progress of Country and Islamabad. Because CDA bosses are not answerable to any one regrading real public issues.Development of staled sectors should be the first priority of CDA. Regards |
