Dear all,
I have a budget of 6mio and planning to invest and build house in dha.
Now I want your suggestions, shall I go ahead with 10 Marla plot in DHA 6 with good location (price 50-55 lac) or DHA 7 1 kanal in Q or S block?
My goal is to invest and to build house. And main intension is to have plot having easy approach from ring road .
Roughly, What is the distance DHA 6 A block to DHA7 Q block.

Do think of 10 marla at phase-8 (ex parkview) within the same budget which is also close to ring road. |

roughly 5 km but its better to buy 1 kanal....it will take u roughly at max one hour more to reach home (extreme case)...but u will spend 8 hours in house half size than that of ten marla ....u canot buy land every day |

@ javed... Phase 8 will take much time to develop. Speculation is 7-8 years.

Dear CS, phase-8 (ex parkview) is thickly populated and you may get 10 marla ready to construct plot @ 55-60 lac. Just visit the site and them comment. |

Parkview is undervalued and hence a good investment, its part f DHA and just opposite airport |
