We have budget of Pak Rs, 12 million to buy plot in Islamabad. We want to build our house for living. What can be the best option? We need to be near to center of Islamabad. Please advise.

What kind of size of plot we can buy in E11/3 or in D12, in a budget of Rs, 12 million?
What is better out of D12 and E11/3, I mean futuristic point of view? |

Naz, Just to disclose I am an owner in D-12, therefore my opinion might translated to be "biased" by some. However there's a reason I have build a house there for my personal living. With that said the area is one to two years away from being fully livable. However people tell me that there are several dozen families already living there with over hundered homes already built. You are encouraged to visit and judge for yourself. I will send you an email seprately with additional details and some pics. With your budget you should be able to affors a 30*70 to 40*80 plot.
E-11/3 is also very good but D-12 has more greener areas, wider roads and closer to the Margala Hills. |

D-12's incomplete development in terms of facilities is also one of the premises of the conclusion drawn that its prices will go further up at least 75% in the next year or so when the development will be completed.
I was born and raised in Islamabad and know that land acquisition got D-12 delayed but it's a reality now. G-9 and G-10 are definitely very good options if one wants to start living immediately in real Islamabad but a bit away from hills.

if you can increase you budget little bit, best sector to buy is I-8 and G-13. You can stat living there |

@Arshad and if you increase just a bit further, you can also go for president residence.
@Naz in your budget; the best option is D-12 since you are also looking for investment in parallel. D-12 still needs couple of years to for the final touches but best bet in your budget. |
