Please also confirm if Dira Village near Phase 7 will be finished in future?

The Chak Dira village will stay there in future in V Block and it is very hard task for DHA to get rid of that village.The possession will be in 2013 for some blocks but expected for whole DHA is somewhere in 2014.The rates of phase 7 are at peak without consideration of possession and more appreciation is there.
