Dear all
I want to Buy some properties for investment purpase, I am thining to buy one 10 Marla and one Kanal, I need advise from respected brothers to decide from the following:
1) 10 Marala = DHA-7 OR DHA-8 (parkview)?
2) 1 Kanal : DHA-9 Filee OR NFC-2?

Go for One kanal file of DHA Phase 9 for entirely investment purpose and 10 Phase 7 10 Marla Plot.

Go for Parkview phase 8, possession plots in A, B, C and early plots of D block. Parkview is gonna be what no one has imagined it would be. If everybody understands then no one would make money, its about vision |
