I am A working lady with relative small kids who are in middle classes. I have about 3 million which I want to invest for about 2-3 years . It should be a safe one with profit margin ranging upto 50 percent. Can be in Islamabad or even Lahore . Please guide

I would suggest a IK plot in Fazaia lahore in this amount for being safe n secure investment. May be others can suggest better. |

Find a possession 1 Kanal plot in State Life Phase 1....... Best deal in entire Lahore market at this very moment. I am also not a dealer, I just bought one for myself few days ago after surveying all the societies in 3 million budget. |

I also second statelife 1. I also obught aplot 5 mnoths ago. Transfer charges in total including stamp duty ,all others stuff was aorund 125 k.
I have yet to start construction. (soon inshaallah)
A and B secotrs are epxensive with price betwwen 30 lac to 45 lakh. others are relatively low.
Good maintianed society. People already living there. |
