Dear CMY, I just saw the adds for DHA Islamabad Phase2 Extention files, given the price of Rs 750k to 780 plus development charges seems to be reasonable. My question are these files for DHA islamabad Phase 2Ext or DHA Valley. As per the news item DHA Valley is dispute scheme. Also comments in older discussion thread are not encouraging.

Given the recent NAB involvement is it still a safe invest like other DHA scheme. Your guidance will be much appreciated. other comments are well come.

i also have same question.mian nadeem and other friends are requested to answer in detail.is this a good investment or not for 5 to 10 years time.

Due to the construction of Dadocha Dam, some area of DHA2 Ext will also
be affected. Five kilometers radius around dam will be no construction area. Better stay away until things are cleared. The south side of the dam is DHA valley and the north side is DHA2 EXT.

7.50 Plus 14.75 development charges is v.good for those having less amount in hand can pay installments of development charges can wait min 5 years have patience and interested in 500 yards plot in DHA.
