I used Diamond Jumbolon Board on my 10 Marla house, the sales rep from Diamond advised me to go for 1.5" instead of 2" as that is sufficient for residential. Rate was 69/ft

Sorry, My Mistake rate is 59/ft. The advantage of Jumbolon board compared to others is that it can be re-used. If for example you decide to add another floor all you need do is remove the boards and relay on the new roof. Other than this I think the roll material is just as good.

The thing about insulation is that it is not a magic solution. The summer heat in Lahore is two factors 1) Solar heat 2) Humidity. Jumbolon board makes a barrier between the scorched roof tiles and the slab. The walls and ceilings are noticeably cooler, so you don't get the tandoor effect that usually happens on the top floor.

However it can't do anything for humidity and it will still be very sticky so even though I thought there would be no need for AC, it's still needed, but you will save on elec. bill as the room will cool much faster.
