All those people who have been criticising bahria enclave from begining should divorce real estate sector and find something else to think about as this is not the right field for them and they have misguided many in last 1 year, all thier predictions and observations have proved totally wrong. (unless you are a typical paki who wont accept his/her mistake and will continue to argue like a jahil person). I have sold 10 Marla plot in Phase 1 for 42 lac making profit of 10 lac.

Still if someone criticized then they presented -ve aspects about it. Ultimate decision is for user hims/herself.

Just like you, in this case you did what you thought is good. But anyhow all this discussion did help you in some way or the other.

Dear Aqalmand, this is an open public forum. Not everything will be written with perfection here. For example a lot of negative stuff was consistently written about D-12 for many years by some friends. You have the opportunity to educate people if you think you know better about something. You can explain how many phases are there in BE. Which parts are developed and have risen in price which parts are still undeveloped, what is the condition of road leading to BE, exactly how far it is from Serena, why it would not remain isolated in future etc. Munh phulaa key baithnay say behtar hay ke apni baat ko explain kiy jaae.

Thanks a lot man, your few words have changed my life, i dont know what would i have done without this advice, probably i would have lived a life of ignorance. You are an angel of hope and light.

Having said that, i still curse ppl who crtisized bahria enclave because due to thier criticsm i did not buy two plots, they owe me 10 lac...

Dear All is well, can you please share if your plot had unique location or has everyone made 10 lakhs? At another place on this page you have written "wait for one to two years and BE 10 marls plot will be touching 1 Crore.". So why did you sell such a golden investment? Are YOU willing to take responsibility for what YOU wrote? If I buy a plot there due to your statement would you pay me 60 lakhs after two years if its price does not increase to 1 crore? Is it wrong for anyone to point out that BE is isolated and away from Park Avenue?

@All is well; Good for you, wish I could say the same for the buyer though. What was you plot number btw if you don't mind sharing.

I have visited proposed Bahria Enclave location several times (usually when I go for a long drive over the weekends), It's in the middle of nowhere as the other Bahria locations generally are. They make up for a far off location with good and rapid development. Hope they do the same with the sunk project of DHA Valley too.
