Hi ,
Recently prices have surged a lot in DHA 2 Islamabad.I only have insight about Sector A and B where 2-3 lanes back to boulevard plots are minimum selling at 60-65
and no plot is currently in market for main Jinnah Boulevard i guess would go for around 80-85 if sold.
If we visit any real estate forum people are bashing DHA2 and giving Bahria Town an upper hand then DHA 2 which is i guess a huge injustice.
DHA 2 is a big improvement than DHA 1 and has lots n ltos of potential and most importantly its population ratio is increasing exponentially.
Could some one here provide a detail insight on DHA 2 future , its development quality etc AND PLEASE BAHRIA TOWN FANS/OWNERS stay away

And most importantly the gains by 10 marla plot owners in DHA 2 , during past 6 months has been more than any other housing society or cda sector in twin cities. |

May I highlight phase ix file gained maximum, a year ago int was. Exactly 18 and now 30... A gain of 12 lac over investment,,, a sheer 70 percent profit. Dha 2 noway near |
