I would like to know approximate figures for construction of 10 marla double story house in Islamabad? Please quote both highest and lowest values. Thanks

Roughly the average type construction rate 2,000 pkr / sq ft
Covered area for 10m house is as follow.
Ground floor : ~ 2700 sq ft
Ist floor : ~ 1700 sq ft
Total covered area = 2700+1700 sq ft
Total cost = 2000(2700+1700) pkr |

heyy u mean 10marla costs around 88lac in islamabad and that too average construction?? i thought you can make kanal house in 80lac!! |

I think average cost of construction is around 1300 or 1400 PKR per Sq-ft, and for 10 Marls allowed covered area is 4400 Sq-ft???? Please double check it with CDA rules. |
