Need to understand ? What is "File" for DHA Phase – 9

Respected All,

I need to know what the “File” is this mean all the files will convert in plot number after the balloting and location depends on your luck?

OR

Some file will get plot number and rest will get refund back money after deduction?

the file definition is same as yours but once you buy a file then DHA is liable to give you plot after ballot.

This is Promise by DHA You Buy witout Knowing what will be Location of Your plot and when You Get Ballot and Later Allotment.
All DHA 5,6,7,8 Phases were sold Like this, After Ballo when People Get plot the development starts and in few years you get the Possession.
DHA name is reliable that is why People like this Investment. Mostly Peole have to wait 6 to 7 ys after Ballot to get actual On Grond Plot.
