1 Kanal on 40 feet road plot is about minimum 34-35 Lac in State Life Phase 1. Some plots are less than 1 Kanal and can be found at cheaper price.

The prices of State Life Phase 1 rates are Follows depending on location.

1 kanal = 35 To 60 Lacs
10 Marla = 20 to 28 Lacs
5 Marla = 20 To 22 Lacs

The Transfer Fee of State Life Phase 1 is as Follows

1 Kanal = Rs 1.75 Lacs
10 Marla = Rs.80000/- Thousand
5 Marla = Rs.70000/- Thousand
