I come to know in University town Islamabad we can buy plot on instalments, Please anybody from isb/rwp can give some comments.

I wish to buy 4 to 6 marla plot on installments and my budget is maximum down payment 20 lakh and i can manage 1 lakh per month.

Please comments on commercial plots in rp e-16 with installment plan, which is better.

Is both schemes are good for 5 to 7 years investment.

Please avoid these Installment plans, when one is not able to sell something one sells it on Installments, please avoid.

Buy something that is there on the ground, looking at the stand still condition of the real estate generally, buy something that is there on the ground ready for construction.

I would request plz avoid university town. Main problem is having no access road.

Factually speaking there is no chance of getting an access in near future.

At present whatever you pay you will not get even 90% of it after a year but if road is there you may get 150% profit after a year. Location wise it is very good. You need a helicopter to go to your plot in UT.

Proper access road is a very serious problem with UT.
