I think that B-17 is getting overpriced because it's location is very far by taxila. Sure if and when margala ave is built, and that to its entire length (as of the last news it was being built till d-12), this could be very good. However, keep in mind that CDA takes decades to build sectors now and the building or completion of that road is anyone's guess. Not that just last week 2 CDA chairmen have been changed and CDA, unlike many other societies, relies exclusively on the whim of its chairman. So if a particular chair decides to shelve the matter, then that is it for now.
e-16 is decent though progress is very slow and access from GT road is not good at all. Bahria town is better and dhai, though it had some problems, is still not bad options. Though theoratically zone 2 is better, practically Baharia delivers a very good product in relatively short amount of time. Baharia was baron land ten years ago and now it has transformed into the best housing society in terms of facilities and development.
My preference is:
1. Zone 1 and
2. Baharia and
3. Dhai. |
