Dear LRE team / Visitors
Good day, I have 5 million Rupees and want to invest or to have a plot for another house. I own a file of phase-9, which i bought in 40 lac 5 -6 years back. Please advise me where to invest this money. Some friends are advising me to sell phase 9 file and then get a plot in phase 6 or 7 for home construction after adding 5 million in it. Though i have my home in Gulberg. So i am confused a little, hence i request for advice or suggestion from the experts pleas about the proper investment of 5 million.

sir you have already held the phase 9 file in hard times, now its the time when you will be getting some reward of your patience so dont sell phase 9 file, wait till its converted into plot
buy another 2 files of phase 9 of your five million or a plot in phase seven of fifty to sixty lac worth.

Don't buy file at this stage I think. Buy 2x phase 7 10 Marla plots now and hold file |
