Dear ZNS, Mian Nadeem & All Islamabad advisors,
AOA. Islamabad is new to me. Ideally, I want to have 1-Kanal Plot in Islamabad in any good Bahria scheme or in DHA for living purpose after 4-5 Years. However, currently I have 1,000,000/- 10-Lac to buy any plot and can invest on monthly basis 150,000/- If not possible, can compromise on 5,10 Marla plot.
Please suggest me the possible options.

I suggest you buy in Zaraj Housing in front of DHA WTC and right/back is DHA-3. 10 Marla will cost you around 18 lacs, give 10 down and rest in installment. |

Are plots/ houses available on instalment basis at Zaraj. If so what are the price ranges. Further, can anyone let me know the safety of investment in Zarah Housing. If Bahria & DHA are not considered in Islamabad then wahat about Zaraj. |

It's pretty much sold out society, ton of houses and families living there. CDA approved, good development, security and all amenities available. 10 Marla plots in new cutting you might get on 12 month installment if still available. I think it's 18 lacs. For houses, a lot are available in Zaraj Residencia. Very good floor plans and elevation, range 95 to 125 lacs. Few houses on resale also, range 96-125 lacs. |

Wait six months and purchase plot when u have about 2 million. Don't go for installments option.
At present D-18 AWT 50*90 plot & DHAI-II Ext file are in your range. |
