Salam Everyone.

I am having a budget of 15 Lakh for buying a land. Where should I plan to buy the land? I am looking for 5 Marla in a decent society which is fully development and in living condition, also how much budget should be kept for constructing a double portion. I will be building house in another 2 years’ time.

I need some honest suggestion

Bahria Town may be best option for peaceful living.

I feel if lady is the head of the family then Sukh Chayn is the best option.

Both Bharia and Sukh Chyn are good. I have personally visited both, Sukh Chyan is gated, small and really nice. Planning is also good. Bahria on the other hand is big, very nice, commercial, school, medical etc. you cant go wrong with either of them.
