I checked recently, 40x80 in G-14/3 is not less than 65 Lacs, better locations are 70 Lacs plus, corner plot is more than 75 Lacs, as the development has started already in G-14/3,

Dear Fellows,

40*80 in G14/3 in street 108, margalla facing is more than 70 Lacs now. No one is selling 40*80 in G14/3 at this moment, except some plots not on very good locations. I beleive within 6 months same 40*80 plot in G14/3 will not be less than 80 Lacs.
