Thanks. Please do your due deligence before buying, see the location and plot yourself before making any purchase. Negotiate as much as you could. Also while you are there, go and see DHAI-2 K and L block. Good location but no gas yet, no houses (3-4) were under construction when I was in Pakistan last year.
Best thing, dedicate on day to visit all these places and then another day going over pros/cons and then take some time to decide. God bless you with your decision making inshallah. |
