please give me a sincere advise. May I buy a file now? It will amost cost me32,25000. If the ballot is within next 6 months will I be able to gain 8-10 lac? I shud dispose off file at peak price or wait for it be a plot? Any gamble orchance of loss?

Dear Brother,
It will get U 40 Lacs. I am sure you will not sell at that price because at that time it will be an investment price. So it is better to wait for a plot worth 60 to 90 Lacs. |
