I want to buy a house worth Rs.12,000,000 for living as well as investment purpose. Should I buy a small house of 5/6 Marla in any of proper Islamabad sectors or to buy a 10 Marla hous in Bhria Town, DHA 2 or etc.
I donot mind living in small house but the main thing is the value of house, value of location and the facilities. Where I can find the houses in the range of 1.2 crore (not more).

5/6 marla plot/House in CDA sectors D-12, G-9,G-10,G-11 is better option.
